Say no to “bring your own boxed lunches”—While more and more companies don’t do this anymore for their corporate events, this is in fact, still the norm for many. People are going to be happier when they’re well-fed. When you think that the ones attending are just your employee, a.k.a. someone you hardly need to impress, this is already a wrong mindset to start off with. Regardless of whether you’re inviting clients, business partners or potential investors, investing on a solid catering service would pay off. People are going to remember the food, and you’ll have one less thing to worry about.

Have a headcount ready before you consult your Bali catering

Holding your corporate event in Bali is already a cause for celebration (unless of course, you’re already living on the island—a dream for many people!). Now before you set off and call the venue and the caterer, the information that you’re going to need to have is the headcount. Without a headcount, it’s near impossible to define a budget.

Set a realistic budget and communicate with your execs

Make sure that you clearly communicate what type of food catering they’re expecting. Even if they didn’t define what kind of menu catering they expect you to organize, it’s still wise to talk to your execs what kind of food they’re expecting. If anything, it would be able to give you some ideas for your menu. Their input is something that you can start off with. Avoid rushing your guests to finish eating and herding them like cattle by defining a realistic time frame according to:

  • The agenda of your events
  • Head count or the number of attendee
  • How many rooms you’re going to use

The choice of buffet catering Bali is an undoubtedly a popular choice of various events in the Paradise Island. Whether you’re having an event in Seminyak, Denpasar, Nusa Dua, Sanur, or other places in Bali, make sure that you consult your caterers.

How to Simplify Your Travel And get Happier

Travel can be your perfect escape to release your stress or just simply enjoy your free time. However, it is often that people get too absorbed into the buzz of their travel plan and end up with complicating the process itself. There is always a saying that the simple the better. It is not wrong though because when you keep everything simple, the less hassle you experience. It is also applied to travel. More often than not, travelers are so into preparation which make them pack everything in their bag including unnecessary items. However, travel simple is better in many ways.

Simplifying your travel

Carrying heavy luggage will only bring you pain during and after travel. It also makes you restricted to move. Planning tight schedule to your travel plan is also not a good idea because you will have to rush from place to place. If those thing you usually do when travelling, you need it changed. The best thing to do is to simplify your travel. It will lesson your burden and lift up your mood. Here are tips to do it:

Always stick to the most useful items when packing your luggage. It is true that every traveler may have their own essential items. However, make sure to not pack anything that is still in grey whether you are going to need it or not. Pack things you surely will need. In your luggage, make sure to pack important items for travelling including travel documents (passport, visa, ID, credit card). If it is for short travel in only a few days, pack only two to three pairs of clothes. Pack your toiletries but leave things that you will get in your hotel such as soap, shampoo, or toothpaste. Don’t forget to pack your charger and camera if you want to document your moments during travel.

As for the preparation involves planning, make sure to not over plan your trip. The important point of travelling is the experience itself, not necessarily the spot. Thus, there is no use to arrange a very tight schedule for your trip. It will only make you move in a rush without truly enjoying the beauty. Choose what you really want to do first or place you really want to visit first. Make sure you set the time well so you get the chance to truly enjoy every single detail of the place you visit.

Do not make your mind think of complicated things or the complexity of the journey. You need to be prepared yes but it doesn’t mean you have to stress yourself over the unknown. No matter meticulous you prepare your trip is, there is always chance for the unexpected. Thus, just enjoy the ride. Keep smile and let negativity flow out of your body throughout the journey. If you want to be stuck in extreme crowd, choose less touristy spots. Furthermore, you will be able to fully enjoy your trip without being squished or crushed in the ocean of people.
