You might feel like it is wasting time to take a nap during your vacation because you lose a chance to do other interesting things. However, it is not true at all. If you force yourself to keep doing activities while your body is weak, you will only risk your own body to get sick and ruin the entire trip.
  • Take a day off during your trip to do relaxing things such as going to spa, or just stay at your hotel. Sparing a day of your 2 weeks-vacation is worth it. You are not losing anything. Besides, the point of having a vacation is to let yourself free from stressor and relax. If you keep feeling drained and fatigue throughout the trip then you just lose the purpose of the vacation itself.
